Vey nice condo. Clean, comfortable and all we hoped it would be. It was perfect my husband, me, and our two teenage daughters. It was a short walk to everything the resort has to offer, and we enjoyed it all - the pool, beach, onsite restaurants, pickleball courts, and the fitness center. The owners responded quickly to any question I had - they were great to work with! Definitely recommend and we would stay again!

The owners are very responsive to any questions I asked.the condo was very clean and looked to be resantly updated. It was well equipped with anything you would need to cook with and had beach chairs and a cart which was nice since it was a little walk to the beach. I thought the condo was closer to the beach but it was towards the back of the property. The master bedroom bed was not comfortable for me or my wife but that was just or opinion. All in all it was a great getaway for me and my wife.

Clean rooms. Very quiet. Pool was Beautiful. Beach was also beautiful. Enjoyed our stay. Great Restaurants.

This is a wonderful beach condo. It is our second time staying here. Very clean and updated. It is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. A very short walk to the ocean. Fort Sumter and Fort Moultrie National Historical Park is close enough that you could either walk or drive. We choose to stay in Sullivan's Island because it is a quiet and very laid back town, yet it is close to Charleston where our daughter attends college. I know that we'll be back again! Can't wait!

The unit was nice. There are two flights of stairs to climb and no elevator. Owner was very responsive to all of our questions. Check in and out was easy. This building is in a resort that has beach front properties. This building is not beach front. It's about a 4-5 minute walk through the parking lot to the beach.
